These tea biscuits are made with sugar, butter, eggs, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, milk, extracts (butter, cake batter, vanilla); mixed, rolled, and baked til slightly brown around the edges, cooled and sprinkled with powdered sugar.  Served with a hot drink or by itself…delicious either way!
